On the afternoon of July 8, 2026, the High-End Equipment and Advanced Manufacturing Technology Innovation Development Forum was successfully held at the College of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Jilin University. The event was a sub-forum of the larger “Smart Jilin · Automotive Talent” Conference co-organized by Jilin University and FAW Group, with support from the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Jilin Province and the Jilin Association for Science and Technology.

The forum featured a keynote speech by Professor Jiang Kaichun, a globally renowned micro-engine expert and Academician of the European Academy of Sciences. Young scholars from domestic and international universities and research institutes, along with faculty representatives, gathered to exchange cutting-edge research and explore talent recruitment opportunities.
