【教学目的】《机械CAD基础Ⅰ》是面向机械类专业学生开设的技术基础课。本课程使用的三维计算机辅助设计软件是CATIA,培养学生了解三维设计软件的技术基本原理、方法及应用,为他们在后续的专业课及课程设计中利用CATIA软件铺垫坚实的基础。
[Course Objects] “Fundamentals of Mechanical CAD I”is a discipline basic course for the students major in mechanical. 3D computer aided design software used in this course is CATIA. The object of this course is to cultivate the students being familiar with the basic principles, basic methods and their applications of 3D computer aided design software, and to lay a solid foundation for subsequent related courses.
【教学内容】课程主要介绍了三维软件CATIA的基本知识、软件的草图设计功能、零件设计功能、曲面设计功能和装配设计功能。对各功能区域中常用工作命令的使用方法和具体应用进行逐一讲解,并详细介绍了由实体模型转化为二维工程图的制图方法。本课程的先修课程为:《工程图学AI》
[Teaching Contents] This course mainly introduces the basic knowledge of 3D computer aided design software –CATIA. The contents of the course include the functions of sketch design, part design, curved surface design and assembly design. The using method of the commonly used commands and their applications , and also the transformation method from 3D model to 2D working drawing, will be taught in detail. The preliminary requirement courses include Engineering Graphics AI.
