【教学目的】《微机电系统概论》是机械类专业学生的选修课,具有较强的专业性和新颖性,为培养该领域的人才奠定基础。本课程的目的是使学生初步了解微机电系统,引导并培养学生在该领域的兴趣,使学生掌握微机电系统方面的基础理论知识,为学生提供入门引导。
[Course Objects]《Outline of Micro-Electromechanical Systems》is an elective for Mechanical Engineering students with strong professional and novelty. This course will lay the foundation for training of talents in this field. The purpose of this course is to help students understand the micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS), guide and cultivate students’ interests in this field, to enable students to master the basic theory of micro-electromechanical systems, and to provide students with introductory guide.
【教学内容】本课程内容共分为六章。课程主要介绍了微机电系统的工作原理和特点,制备微机电系统相关的材料和加工技术,微机电系统的应用范围和优异性,以及微机电系统的未来发展趋势。
[Teaching Content] The course content is divided into six chapters. It introduces the working principle and characteristics of MEMS, materials and processing technology used to fabricate MEMS, the applications and advantages, as well as MEMS development trend.
【授课对象】本课程的授课对象是机械工程专业的本科生,本课程要求授课对象先修下列课程:机械原理、机械设计、机械精度设计基础、工程材料、材料成型技术基础和金工实习等。
[Target Students] The teaching target of this course is undergraduates of Mechanical Engineering students. Students must take some courses previously as follows, 《Principles Mechanical》, 《Mechanical Design》, 《Basis of Machinery Accuracy Design》, 《Engineering Materials》 and 《Metalworking Practice》, and so on.
