课程的目的、任务和对象:
本课程是汽车工程学院、交通学院、机械科学与工程学院、生物与农业工程学院等工科专业的一门学科基础课。课程内容包括:铸造、金属压力加工、焊接等。较为系统地论述了各种成形方法的基本原理、工艺、特点和应用,以及合理地进行零件结构设计的工艺原则。
本课程的主要目的是使学生比较全面系统的获得机械制造过程中的铸造、压力加工、焊接以及有关模具设计、加工、制造方面的专业知识。要求学生能根据产品的形状、结构、尺寸以及生产实际情况选用合理的成形过程。
The aim, task and object
This course is a required course for the undergraduate education of engineering majors such as automotive engineering, transportation engineering,mechanical engineering, and biological & agricultural engineering. The main content include casting, metal press forming, welding. And systematically discussed the basic principle, process, characteristic and application of forming methods and the process guide for part structure design.
The aim is understanding the general knowledge of casting, press forming and welding and the design and manufature of mould. The student should have the capability of choose rational processing method based on part shape, structure and dimension.
课程的基本要求:
1)、预备知识:材料科学基础、工程材料及热处理
2)、对课程内容的基本要求:
了解合金熔炼与浇注过程的基本知识以及砂形铸造、特种铸造等成形技术特征,掌握材料塑性变形基本规律和常用金属材料焊接过程基本知识;能够制定铸造工艺图和锻造工艺图。
The basic requirement for the course content
1) Pre -sessional knowledge: fundation of materials science and engineering, Mechanical Engineering Material and Heat Treatment
2) The basic requirement: The general knowledge and characteristic of metal alloy casting and sand casting method, special casting method should be mastered. The basic law of material plastics forming and the general knowledge for common metal welding process should be understood. The student should be trained to have the capability of drafting the process drawing of casting and forging process.
