【课程名称】 《机械精度设计基础》(36学时/2学分,秋季)

[Course Name] Fundamentals of Mechanical Precision Design(36 study hours/2 credits, Autumn Semester)

【教学目的】《机械精度设计基础》是高等学校机械类、仪器仪表类和近机类专业学生必修的与实践联系十分紧密的一门技术基础课。机械精度设计直接影响产品的制造精度、工艺方法、产品的成本与经济效益,是图纸中不可缺少的重要部分。本课程的目的是培养学生机械精度设计的能力,使其获得作为机械工程师必须具备的公差设计基本知识和技能。

[Course Objects] The course of Fundamentals of Mechanical Precision Design is a technical basic course close to practice, required by the students of the classes of machinery, instrumentation and near machinery. With a direct impact on the manufacturing accuracy, process methods, cost and economic benefits, mechanical precision design is an indispensable part of the drawings. The purpose of this course is to develop students’ ability for mechanical precision design, to make the students obtain the basic knowledge and skills of tolerance design which mechanical engineers must have.

【教学内容】本课程共分十一章。课程主要讲解了尺寸精度、几何精度、表面微观轮廓精度的基本概念和涵义、标准的构成、标注方法;以及常用机械零、部件如滚动轴承、螺纹连接、圆柱齿轮、键和花键联结的精度设计方法和标准规定。介绍了尺寸精度的检测方法及常用仪器、几何精度的检测方法及常用仪器、表面微观轮廓精度的检测方法及常用仪器、齿轮精度的检测方法及常用仪器。

[Teaching Content] This course is divided into eleven chapters. The course mainly explains the basic concepts and meanings of dimensional precision, geometric precision and surface micro-contour accuracy, the standard composition, labeling method, and the precision design of commonly used mechanical parts such as rolling bearing, threaded connection, cylindrical gear, key and spline connection Methods and standards. And the detection method of dimensional accuracy and the commonly used instrument, the detection method of geometric precision and the detection method of commonly used instrument and surface micro-profile precision, the detection method of common instrument and gear precision and the commonly used instrument are introduced.

【授课对象】本课程的授课对象为机械工程及其自动化、工业工程、车辆工程、车身、发动机、热能、农机、包装、汽运、材料成型的本科生。先修课程如下:机械原理、工程图学、材料成型技术基础和金工实习等。

[Target Students] The course is designed for undergraduate students of mechanical engineering and automation, industrial engineering, vehicle engineering, body, engine, heat, agricultural, packaging, steam transportation and material molding. Prerequisite courses are as follows: mechanical principles, engineering graphics, material molding technology foundation and metalworking practice.
