[Course Name] Engineering Graphics AI (48 study hours/3 credits, Fall Semester)

【教学目的】 《工程图学》是工科学生必修的专业基础课,主要研究绘制和阅读工程图样,既有系统的理论又有较强的实践性和技术性,为将来解决机械工程问题打下基础。《工程图学AI》课程的教学目的是培养学生掌握投影理论,几何元素的投影方法,掌握物体视图的绘制和阅读方法,培养空间想象能力和标准意识,培养学生运用计算机辅助设计软件的绘制物体视图的技能。

[Course Objects] “Engineering Graphics” as one of the main professional fundamental courses for engineering students, has systematic theory and strong practicality and technicality, and lay a solid foundation for the students to solve mechanical engineering problems. The objectives of “Engineering Graphics AI” mainly include the basic theories and the applications of projection methods (mainly orthographic projection method), methods of drawing and reading views of objects, cultivating the spatial imagination ability and the consciousness of National Standards and the technique of drawing views of the objects with computer aided design software.

【教学内容】 本课程内容分两部分,主要介绍投影理论及其应用和运用计算机辅助设计软件绘制物体的视图。主要包括正投影法,几何元素的投影,基本立体的投影,切割体和相贯体的投影,物体的视图,物体视图的尺寸标注,国家标准中基本绘图要求,以及运用计算机辅助设计软件绘制物体视图的基本技能。

[Teaching Contents] This course consists of two parts. The main contents cover the introduction of the projection theory and its usage, and using computer aided design software to draw views of objects. In detail: orthographic projection method, the projection method of geometrical elements, the projection method of basic solids, the projection method of partly cutaway basic solids and intersecting solids, views of objects, dimensioning views of the objects, basic drawing requirements in the National Standards, and also basic technique of using computer aided design software to draw views of objects.

【授课对象】 本课程的授课对象为机械工程、机械工程(卓越工程师教育培养计划)、工程力学、工业工程;车辆工程、车辆工程(卓越工程师教育培养计划)、工业设计、热能与动力工程;材料科学与工程、材料成型及控制工程;交通运输类(汽车运用工程)、汽车服务工程;农业机械化及其自动化、农业机械化及其自动化(卓越工程师教育培养计划)、包装工程专业的本科生。本课程无先修课程要求。

[Target Students] The target students of this course mainly are the undergraduates in mechanical engineering, mechanical engineering(outstanding engineer education program),engineering mechanics, automobile engineering, automobile engineering(outstanding engineer education program), industry designthermal energy and power engineering, material science and engineering, material forming and controlling engineering, automobile application engineering, automobile service engineering, agricultural mechanization and automation, agricultural mechanization and automation(outstanding engineer education program),packaging engineering. This course have no preliminary requirement courses.
