[Course Name] MECHANICAL ENGINEERING MEASURE AND TEST TECHNOLOGY (40study hours2.5 credits, Spring Semester)
【教学目的】《机械工程测试技术》是机械类专业学生的学科基础必修课。通过本课程学习,使学生掌握信号分析及处理的概念,掌握常用传感器的工作原理、基本测试系统组成及其动、静态特性的评价方法,了解测试技术的发展动向。培养学生运用所学知识解决实际测量问题的实践能力,为进一步研究处理机械工程测试技术问题打好基础。
[Course Objects] MECHANICAL ENGINEERING MEASURE AND TEST TECHNOLOGY is one of the main professional fundamental courses for mechanical engineering students. The projects of this course are making students to grasp the method of signal analysis and processing, master the working principle of the common sensors test, master the system composition and the evaluation methods of dynamic and static characteristics, understand the development trend of test technology .Through learning of this course, develop the ability in the practical ability to solve the problem of actual measurement, provided a basis for dealing with mechanical engineering problems.
【教学内容】 本课程内容共分6章。课程主要介绍了测试技术相关的基本知识和基本理论。包括了信号的分类和描述;测试系统组成及特性,系统实现不失真测量的条件;常用传感器的原理的电路;信号调理、处理;计算机测试系统与虚拟仪器。
[Teaching Content] This course consists of six chapters, The course mainly includes the basic knowledge and basic theory of testing technology, the classification and description of signals, the composition and characterization of measurement system,the requirement of measurement system with no distortion, the working principle of common sensors and the circuits, the signal conditioning and processing, the computer testing system and the virtual instruments.
【授课对象】 本课程的授课对象为机械工程、车辆工程、能源与动力工程等专业本科生。本课程要求授课对象先修下列课程:高等数学、工程数学、电工学、机械工程控制基础、理论力学、材料力学等。
[Target Students] The target students of this course mainly are the undergraduates in mechanical engineering, automobile engineering, thermal energy and power engineering,.
