[Course Name] Hydraulic Transmission and Control (40 study hours/2.5 credits, Spring Semester)
【教学目的】 《液压传动与控制》是机械类专业学生的学科基础必修课,具有较强的实践性和应用性。本课程的教学目的是培养学生掌握液压传动与控制技术的基本知识;常用液压元件的结构、工作原理及应用;培养学生液压系统分析与设计的能力,通过实践教学环节培养学生分析解决工程实际问题的能力和工程设计能力。
[Course Objects] Hydraulic Transmission and Control as one of the fundamental courses for mechanical engineering students, together with its strong practicality and applicability. The objects of this course are focused on training students to master the basic knowledge of hydraulic transmission and control. The structure, principle and applications of these components. Training students to obtain the ability of analysis and design hydraulic system. Through the practical teaching sections, the students’ ability of analyzing and solving the practical engineering problems, and designing engineering projects can be also greatly enhanced.
【教学内容】 本课程包括8章内容。课程主要介绍液压传动的基本概念、前沿与发展趋势;液压泵、液压缸和液压马达等液压执行器、方向控制阀、压力控制阀、流量控制阀、插装阀和叠加阀、比例阀、伺服阀、液压附件等液压元件的结构、工作原理及应用;液压基本回路与液压系统设计,压力机、汽车起重机液压控制系统。
[Teaching Content] This course consists of eight chapters. The main contents cover the knowledge of hydraulic transmission, the trends and cutting-edge of hydraulic transmission. Hydraulic pumps, cylinder, motor, directional valves, pressure control valves, flow control valves, cartridge and stack valves, proportional valves, servo valves, accessories, etc. The structure, principle and applications of these components. Traditional hydraulic control operational circuits and the design of hydraulic system. Press machine, mobile crane hydraulic system etc.
【授课对象】 本课程的授课对象为机械工程、车辆工程、汽运工程、农业机械化与自动化等专业本科生。本课程要求授课对象先修下列课程:机械原理、机械设计、工程流体力学等。
[Target Students] The target students of this course mainly are the undergraduates in mechanical engineering, automobile engineering, automobile application engineering, agricultural mechanization and automation.
