【教学目的】 《机电传动控制》是机械工程及自动化专业的一门必修学科基础课,是学生学习和掌握机械设备电气传动与控制知识的主要途径。通过本课程的教学,使学生了解机电传动控制的一般原理和基础知识,掌握分析、设计和使用机电传动控制系统和装置、器件的基本技能,获得工程师必备的知识储备和技能训练。
[Course Objects] Electromechanical Transmission & Control is an obligatory specialized basic course for Mechanical Engineering and Automatic major. It is the main way for students to learn and master the mechanical equipment electrical transmission and control knowledge. Through the teaching of course, it should be enable students to understand the general principles and basic knowledge of electromechanical transmission and control, and master the basic skills of analysis, design and use of electromechanical transmission and control systems and devices, and obtain necessary knowledge reserve and skill training as engineer.
【教学内容】介绍机械设备电气传动及控制的作用、特点、历史、现状和未来发展方向。掌握电气传动与控制系统及装置的构成器件的有关必备知识,主要包括各种电动机、电器、PLC控制器、晶闸管等的工作原理、结构特点和工作特性及选用方法。掌握开环和闭环控制系统的实现方法和工作原理,学会分析和使用一般难度的电气传动控制系统和装置的基本方法。
[Teaching Content] This course introduces the role, characteristics, history, current status and future directions of mechanical equipment electrical transmission and control. It requires students to master the essential knowledge of constitute parts for electrical transmission and control system and devices, including the operation principles, structural features, operation characteristics and selection criteria of various motors, electrical appliances, PLC controllers and thrusters. The students should master the realizable methods and operation principles of the open-loop and closed-loop control systems. The students should learn to analyze and apply the basic methods of conventional electrical transmission & control system and devices.
【授课对象】机械工程及自动化专业、车辆工程、农业机械化及其自动化、交通工程等大三本科生。
