【教学目的】机械制造装备设计课程是一门用以培养学生在毕业后从事机械制造工艺、工装及专用机床设计工作的专业课,本课程从机床设计所要求的知识点出发,主要介绍了机床总体设计、传动设计、主要部件设计的基本理论和基本方法。为培养学生使用通用零部件设计专用机床的能力,还讲述了组合机床的总体设计及多轴箱的设计方法。
[Course Objects] The aim of Design of Machine Manufacturing Equipment is to cultivate the abilities of manufacturing technology, tool design and special machine tool design. The course proceeds from machine tool design and introduces the basic theory and method of the total design of machine tool, the transmission design and the principal part design. To enhance the abilities to design special machine tool using general accessories, the overall design of modular machine tool and the design of the spindle box is explained.
【教学内容】本课程教学内容主要包括机械制造装备设计方法;金属切削机床设计的基本理论及总体设计;机床主传动系统设计、进给传动系统设计、主轴部件设计、支承件设计、导轨设计以及专用机床总体设计的基本内容、基本方法与步骤等。
[Teaching Content] The course mainly includes the method of mechanical manufacturing equipment design, the basic theory and design of metal cutting machine tool, the design of the guide rail, spindle assembly , feed drive system and the main transmission system of machine tool, the overall design of the special machine tool.
【授课对象】本课程的授课对象为机械工程专业的本科生。本课程要求授课对象具备一定的机械设计、工程材料、机械制造技术基础、生产实习等方面的知识。
[Target Students] This course aims at the undergraduate of mechanical engineering. It also requires the knowledge of machine design, engineering materials, mechanical manufacturing technology and production practice.
