【教学目的】《机械工程综合实验Ⅴ》培养学生知识综合应用和工程设计的能力,通过典型零部件的设计分析、制造过程和虚拟仿真的方法,提高学生的工程实践能力。
[Course Objects]《ComprehensiveExperiments in Mechanical EngineeringⅤ》 The objects of this course are focused on training students' ability of comprehensive application and engineering design. Moreover, through the design and analysis, manufacturing and virtual simulation of typical parts, the students’ ability of engineering practice can be improved.
【教学内容】本实验课程内容共分九项。课程主要涵盖常用典型机械机构、传感设计与应用、汽车曲轴虚拟设计、液压张紧器性能测试、链传动系统性能测试、摩托车发动机虚拟拆装、数控车削及数控铣削编程与加工等实验教学内容。通过虚实结合,使学生掌握常用零部件及模块的结构设计、工作过程、装配精度及加工制造工艺。
课程:工程图学、机械原理、机械设计、虚拟样机技术、数控技术基础。
[Teaching Content]This course consists of nine chapters. The main experiment contents cover the Typical mechanical mechanism, sensor design and application, typical automobile crankshaft virtual design, performance test of the hydraulic tensioner, performance testing of the chain transmission system, virtual disassembly and assembly of the motorcycle engine, CNC turning and NC milling programming and machining and so on.Through the combination of virtual andreality, students can master the structure design, working process, assembly precision and manufacturing process of common components and modules.
