【教学目的】《机械工程综合实验Ⅱ》是机械工程、车辆工程试验班、生物与农业工程试验班专业学生的综合训练环节，具有较强的实践性和综合应用性。本课程的教学目的是培养学生综合应用机械工程基础理论知识分析解决机械部件精度、强度、制造、检测等若干问题，培养学生分析解决工程实际问题的能力。
[Course Objects] Synthetic Experiment of Mechanical Engineering II is one of Comprehensive training session for mechanical engineering students, vehicle engineering test class, biological and agricultural engineering test class, with strong practical and comprehensive application. The purpose of this course is to cultivate students' comprehensive application of mechanical engineering basic theory knowledge analysis to solve the mechanical parts precision, strength, manufacturing, testing and other issues, training student’s capacity to solve practical problems of engineering.
【教学内容】本课程内容共分两章。内容包括齿轮泵零件精度检测、测试和分析零件精度对液压泵机械性能的影响；设计机械系统中齿轮传动，建立齿轮的三维模型，进行CAE辅助齿根弯曲强度分析，滚齿机加工齿轮，齿轮测量中心检测齿轮等。
[Teaching Content] This course consists of two chapters. TheThe main contents cover the knowledge of measuring the accuracy of the pump parts, testing and analyzing the effect of part precision on the mechanical properties of hydraulic pump. The gears of the mechanical system are designed to establish the three-dimensional model of the gears.
